Insert Expletive here part 3

Ok Guys I am typing this one very slowly, because I am really upset. Please for those of you have not seen it go and watch 9/11 and then ask yourself why you think bush wants to hand over US ports to the UAE.

Believe me I am struggling no to through a fit like I did the Last Time But this man proves more and more that his primary concern is his own pocket, Believe me, I have far more respect for Richard Nixon than I do for Bush, because where as Bush is doing all this RUBBISH!!!!!!!! For personal gain, Nixon actually thought he knew what was best for America.

Guys I put it to you that bush is the greatest Terrorist/Capitalist (I cant tell the difference any more) the United States has ever seen.

Really You are at WAR with many Muslim fanatics from the Middle east and u are going to HAND OVER CONTROL of your ports to a country from the same area that has people, who are agree with Ji-Had, to say the least.

COME ONNNN!!!! At what Point do you stop to think that You cant go lining your pockets with the blood money of you own people you SWORE to protect. ITS BAD ENOUGH U ARE KILLING AND TORTURING just about everybody else, and when your allies tell you are wrong you change the name of you FRIES!!!!!

ARRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!

Honestly ppl he has got to go. Ask yourself this? Was stopping gay marriage worth it :S
Personally I don’t think so.

FREEDOM

It is amazing how a car can change things.

I had been warned that once I got the car I would be running errands for just about everybody So far that has not been a bother, in fact I kind of Enjoy it, these past weeks though have re-enforced my dislike for driving in the days, I hate when other cars are on the road. My new fav. word is jackass, those who drive with me must wonder.
I must say that I am not nearly as pissed as I sound, I always feel guilty enough to know that the person who bad drives me today may be bad driven by me tomorrow.

First couple of weeks saw quite a few near accidents, but as predicted I am learning to compensate for my weaknesses.
Oddly enough, Driving has started to give me serious lessons in how to make decisions and sticking with them for better or worse, I have been given near ‘crash’ courses in learning that you cant please everybody, all one can do is make the best choice you can as you see fit and have faith that God will take care of the rest.

That leads to the other thing that driving has done for me, the fact that the car is without a scratch up to this point is purely divine intervention, for that I am eternally grateful, Now I try not to begin the day with asking for guidance and protection on the road.

I am also learning to be less concerned with Critics, Primarily the panyard :P. I still haven’t got over it yet though, I still prefer to go driving by myself.
Having the fan on , the windows down, my sunglasses on and the radio playing some HYPE tunes on a clear empty road where I can Drive and not know where I want to go till I reach is just my Idea of a perfect day (sigh)

But the whole point of the blog is to talk about freedom. Sunday I left work to have lunch at the lookout point in Beverly Hills, Just because I could……. I don’t know if you can begin understand what that means. Sure ppl were looking at me funny but I was overjoyed. The fact that I can go almost where ever I please without relying on anyone is just amazing.

Right now Wish I could set up my care to play and excerpt from Martin Luther King when it starts:

“FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST, THANK GOD ALLMIGHTY, I AM FREE AT LAST”

LAW

In the United Kingdom there is a major issue about a law to restrict the pass time of Fox hunting. Now it appears lobbyist on both sides of this issue are very powerful and as such the Gov’t passed a token law that was rather ambiguous.
In spite of this, many of the ppl who support this ‘sport’ have let it be known that they will ignore the law. Not only that, but they apparently have made some arrangement with some law enforcers in some areas for them to look the other way.

Now this raises the Question, what is the point of a govt setting a law the population does no agree with and is not likely to follow.

My understand of the main purpose of laws in any civilized society to facilitate the co-existence of the individuals who are members of said society. You may even go as far as to say that the laws also help to make the society function as efficiently and as smoothly as possible. Having said this, I do believe that laws must be set based on the consensus of the population. In other words, laws are simply Rules that a society has developed to govern itself that have been institutionalized.

Having said this I find that the Fox hunting issue in England Highlights the fact that laws are pointless if they cant be enforced. But closer to home, the recent set of laws concerning gay rights raise a very interesting issue. I must say that I do not know what the law /says clearly. However, I do know it does give gays some basic Human Rights.
Most importantly I suspect the law would no longer make Buggery illegal, now if a consensus was done, I suspect an overwhelming majority would be against it, yet the Govt sees it fit to ignore this fact.

This raises the Question, should a govt be allowed to impose a law on its ppl that they don’t agree with. We have put them in power to represent us, does that not make it mandatory for them to set laws that the Population agrees with.
(please note this is in looking at the bigger picture and not necessarily just the issues of Homosexual Rights)

I am aware of the fact that the Population might not want that which is best for the country, but at the same time, these are just human beings like us we are investing a considerable amount of Power in, there must be a better way, shouldn’t there be?

Beware

It is never wise to just stand by and let history repeat itself.

Re-Learning The Hard Way

It turns out I am slowly realizing that my lecturers in CompSci knew what they were talking about. The More I program the more I find myself more doing stuff the way they told me to do it. Back then I never listened Either because I was sleeping in class or I just thought it was an inefficient waste of time.

Now I know Better.

Trouble is I have to be relearning all these stuff the hard way. (Sigh)
